Authorised use and responsibility
Authorised access. Customers are responsible for ensuring that users, credentials, roles and integrations are authorised for their organisation and that access is used for legitimate business purposes within the agreed service scope.
Customer responsibilities. Customers remain responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of information they submit, their internal approvals, the configuration decisions they control, and protecting credentials assigned to their users or integrations.
Data & System Boundaries
NewEdge360 services are designed around explicit service ownership, tenant boundaries, stable identities and authorised projections or integrations.
APIs & Integrations
API use may require separate credentials, scopes, technical requirements, usage controls and approval. External systems remain subject to their own terms and availability.
Availability & Support
Applicable support arrangements, maintenance expectations, environments and service commitments are defined by the relevant customer agreement or service schedule.
Subscription & Termination
Fees, term, renewal, suspension, export or transition arrangements and termination rights are governed by the applicable commercial agreement.
Security and Acceptable Use
Customers and authorised users must not attempt to bypass access controls, access another tenant, disrupt the service, probe systems without authorisation, introduce malicious code or use NewEdge360 for unlawful activity.
